Shipping & Delivery
Orders will ship in four to five business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Packages are shipped with the USPS and will have a tracking number.
SHIPPING UPDATE: Mail may be slow moving from our post office; and packages may not be scanned til much later. Please be patient and know that we are shipping your order on the day stated in your shipping notification. We do not print labels and hold them for later.
Free shipping for any orders over $65 (before shipping or Texas sales taxes are applied). Discount will be given automatically; no need to enter a code.
If you are in a hurry to get your package, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate a rush order. Sometimes we can speed up processing if we know ahead of time. (The rush order fee is $10.)
Orders cannot be combined, so please be sure to make sure you are finished shopping before checking out.
If your package does not show any scans, do not be alarmed. It is not uncommon for packages not to be scanned along the way.
If there is an issue with delivery because you failed to update your current mailing address, no refunds or replacements will be given. Also, if your package is marked as delivered, it is not considered lost. Wait a few days and if you still do not see your package, contact your local post office.
This site is currently set up to ship within the U.S. only.
International Shipping:
We only ship to Canada. Email us with your order and we will let you know what your total is including shipping. (Use the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page.) After you confirm your order is correct, we will send an invoice through PayPal.
